Contract: Part-Time (10 hours per week – flexible over 2 mornings per week)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-organised Office Administrator to join our vibrant team. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy office.
This position would suit a mature, experienced person who is self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities

Managing emails and daily correspondence

Answering phone calls and liaising with parents and partners

Processing student enrolments and fees

Maintaining accurate records and databases

Basic bookkeeping support and administrative reporting

Supporting the management team with general office tasks
Qualifications & Skills

Fluent Maltese speaker with good English (written and spoken)

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Good telephone manner

Confident using Google Sheets, email systems, and office software

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to prioritise workload

Excellent attention to detail
